What should a remote-control mower quote include?
A useful mower price is attached to an exact model, configuration, quantity and delivery scope. Comparing two headline prices without those details can hide differences in cutting system, drive equipment, accessories and freight. ZHUOJIE provides quotations through the quick quote form; this article does not publish invented price ranges or promise a fixed delivered cost.
Record three separate totals: machine and chosen equipment, delivery to the named destination, and expected ownership costs. Ask which costs are included and which remain your responsibility. Keep the currency, quote validity and delivery terms visible on the written offer so that later revisions can be compared fairly.
Compare named machines before comparing prices
The catalog contains machines for different access and vegetation requirements. These examples describe specification differences; they are not a price ranking or a claim that one machine is more productive on every site.
| Model | Cutting width | Power / fuel | Net weight | Full machine L × W × H |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| H-550L-A | 550 mm | 9 HP / gasoline | 141 kg | 930 × 900 × 550 mm |
| H-800L-D | 800 mm | 16 HP / gasoline | 285 kg | 1100 × 1200 × 600 mm |
| H-1200L Tank | 1200 mm | 27 HP / gasoline | 394 kg | 1630 × 1600 × 650 mm |
| HQ-Z100 | 1000 mm flail | 15 HP / gasoline | 330 kg | 1550 × 1200 × 900 mm |
Figures are from the current website catalog, checked on 8 October 2026. Verify the final specification with the written quote. Overall width, loading weight and the cutting system can rule out a model even when its headline price looks attractive. See the cutting-width guide and flail versus rotary guide.
Separate machine price from delivered cost
| Quote line | What to request in writing |
|---|---|
| Machine | Exact model code, engine, cutting system, standard equipment and selected options. |
| Packing and freight | Crate dimensions, gross weight, route and the named delivery point. Use the packing list, not net machine weight, when requesting freight. |
| Destination costs | Ask a qualified freight or customs provider to identify applicable clearance, taxes, duties and local delivery charges for your destination. |
| Documents | Exact model-specific documents requested by the buyer, plus manuals and packing list. See certificates and documents. |
| Support and spares | Warranty terms, claim process, included spare parts and separate prices for recommended consumables. |
For example, an offer ending at a port and an offer including inland delivery have different scopes. Ask the supplier to name the agreed delivery terms and place; do not treat the lowest subtotal as the lowest final cost. The shipping quote checklist lists the information needed to discuss an order.
Compare international offers in one currency and one scope.
Choose a comparison currency and record the exchange-rate date used in your worksheet. Keep estimated taxes, duties and destination fees separate from the supplier’s confirmed amounts. Do not compare a machine-only factory offer with another supplier’s delivered total as if both prices covered the same items.
Write the country, region and delivery point into every request, whether you are buying for North America, the UK, continental Europe, Oceania or another market. Ask your broker to assess the actual shipment. A US quotation cannot be reused as a Canadian landed-cost estimate, and an EU destination does not establish UK delivery costs.
Build an ownership estimate from your own records
Use a worksheet: purchase and delivery + fuel + consumables + planned service + transport between sites + downtime costs. Record your expected annual operating hours and service arrangements. Do not substitute catalog travel speed for achieved mowing output: turns, overlap, vegetation, slope, refuelling and relocation all reduce working time available for cutting.
Fuel consumption, blade life and maintenance time should come from the exact machine’s manual, supplier information or measured work records. We have not measured those costs for your site. A wider machine may reduce the number of passes on an open field but be less convenient through narrow gates. Ask for a demonstration on comparable vegetation before calculating a payback period.
The maintenance and spare-parts guide helps you assemble a support checklist without guessing service intervals.
Send one complete request for a comparable quotation
- Exact model, or vegetation, measured slope and available access width if you need a recommendation.
- Quantity, preferred fuel type and required equipment.
- Destination country, postcode or port, and the delivery scope you want quoted.
- Requested model-specific documents, manuals and spare-parts package.
- Contact name, email or WhatsApp and any purchasing deadline.
Request an itemised mower quote
Choose an actual model in the quick quote form and describe the delivery scope in Requirements. Ask us to separate the machine, options, spare parts and freight so that you can compare written offers.
Compare the same scope, not just the total.
For example, an H-800L-D enquiry should name the 800 mm gasoline machine, the offered engine and cutting setup, quantity and destination. Ask for the quoted delivery term and named place, then separate the machine, optional equipment, spare parts and transport charges. No fixed machine price is published here because the supplied configuration and delivery scope must be confirmed.
| Quotation line | Information to request | Why it changes the comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Machine | Exact model, engine and included equipment | A shared cutting width does not mean the same supplied machine |
| Packing and handling | Final crate size, gross weight and unloading arrangements | Machine net weight is not shipping weight |
| Delivery | Delivery term, named place and quote validity | Different transport scopes cannot be compared as one machine price |
| Destination charges | Ask which import, tax, clearance and local delivery items are excluded | Confirm locally with the relevant broker before ordering |
| Service | Cutting-tool references, service parts and written warranty scope | Compare the support offer as well as the purchase price |
For any international delivery, include the country, postcode or port and describe the unloading facilities. Confirm the destination requirements for the exact machine and shipment with your freight or customs adviser. Ask where the offered machine and replacement parts will be dispatched from, and what service arrangements are included. Use the shipping quotation checklist to prepare the request.
Prepare an H-800L-D quotation request or compare the tracked mower range.
