Warranty & spare parts
Find out which service terms to request and what information helps identify the right replacement part.
Confirm warranty and parts in the quotation.
Coverage
Ask for the warranty term and start date, which components are included, wear-item exclusions, labour and freight responsibilities, and the claim procedure in writing.
Compatibility
Confirm the full model code, engine, cutting head and parts list. Ask which blades, belts, tracks, filters and remote components fit the quoted configuration.
Delivery
Request a written estimate for available spare parts, pricing, packing and shipping to your destination. Stock and shipping times are not assumed on this page.
When the machine arrives.
Keep the receiving record with your order documents. These are handover questions; use the exact machine and engine instructions for operation.
Record the crate condition.
Check the package count against the delivery documents. Photograph visible crate damage and labels before unpacking when practical. Follow the agreed receiving and reporting procedure; contact the seller or carrier about a discrepancy.
Check what was supplied.
Compare the model and serial identification, included accessories and loose parts against your order and packing list. Keep the manual and engine identification. Send the order reference and clear photographs if something does not match.
Prepare the first use.
Read the supplied operating and engine documents. Arrange the applicable pre-use checks, controls demonstration and stopping procedure with the supplier. Resolve missing instructions, visible damage or an unexplained fault before operation.
Send enough detail to identify the machine.
Clear photos and the exact model code help the seller identify a compatible part or assess a claim.
For a service or parts request
- Send the model code, order reference and serial number, if available.
- Describe the symptom and when it began; attach photos or a short video when safe to record.
- Identify the component and quantity, and provide the delivery country.
- Ask for a written reply with proposed parts, cost, eligibility under your order's warranty, and shipping terms.
Which photographs help identify a part?
The label position varies by machine and engine. Use the supplied documents to locate it; the examples below describe useful information rather than a universal label location.
Open the three-photo checklist
- Machine identification. Show the full model and serial label clearly, plus a wider view identifying the machine. Keep all characters readable.
- Engine identification. For engine service parts, photograph the fitted engine model and identification. A mower model or fuel type alone may not identify the filter or service item.
- Part and surrounding assembly. Include a wider view locating the component and a close-up of any part number. Add quantity and relevant measurements with units. Do not dismantle or energise equipment just to obtain a photograph.
For a fault, describe when it occurs and any indication shown. Record a video only when it can be done safely within the instructions. Send files through the agreed support channel with your enquiry reference; the website form does not upload files.
