Who handles your information?

ZHUOJIE / Hebei Zhuojie Technology Co., Ltd. handles requests made through this website. For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, contact +86 190 3342 3802 via telephone or WhatsApp and provide your inquiry reference where available.

Information you send

Quotation and service forms collect your name, country, email and/or WhatsApp number, optional company, model, quantity, preferences and message. Service requests can also include your order reference, serial number and part description. The page from which you submit is recorded so we can identify the product or article you viewed.

How we use it

We use these details to answer your request, prepare quotations, identify compatible parts, arrange follow-up and administer your order or service request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website and email providers

Inquiry records are stored in the website’s Cloudflare-backed database. Resend processes notification emails to the sales team. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to reduce automated spam and may process technical browser and network information. These services may process data outside your country.

Optional website and advertising measurement

With your permission, we record page and product views, model selections, quotation openings, contact clicks, approximate foreground active time and scroll milestones. A random identifier in this browser tab groups activity into temporary sessions with a 30-minute inactivity period. It is not a persistent visitor identifier or a device fingerprint. Source hostnames, valid campaign labels, approximate device class and country inferred by the hosting provider may be recorded. We do not include contact details, inquiry messages, full query strings or advertising click identifiers in optional activity events. Counts and active sessions are estimates, not unique people or proof of a completed WhatsApp conversation. Successful saved inquiries are counted as an operational record independently of optional activity statistics.

This website loads the Google tag for Google Ads (AW-18502701891) and Google Analytics 4 (G-68VRGKSK7K) on its pages to measure advertising activity and website usage. Google Analytics may collect page views, browser and device information, referral sources and interactions according to its property settings. Google may process browser, network, page and advertising-click information and use cookies. We do not send the name, email, WhatsApp number or message from your inquiry forms as Google tag event parameters. After an inquiry is saved successfully, we send its random receipt reference to Google Ads to measure the conversion and avoid duplicate reporting. This reference does not contain your contact details. Google applies its own privacy policy.

Browser storage and your choice

The site stores your first-party statistics choice in your browser. Existing comparison selections and interface preferences may also be stored locally. This browser tab also remembers recently reported inquiry references to avoid sending the same conversion again. First-party optional activity counts are disabled until you allow them. Use “Statistics settings” in the footer to change that choice. These controls apply to the site’s aggregate activity counts; they do not control the separately loaded Google tag. Necessary form protection continues to work if you decline.

Keeping and accessing information

Inquiry information is kept for follow-up, order and service administration and any applicable recordkeeping needs. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact above; some order records may need to be retained. Aggregate activity counts are removed after approximately 90 days when the site receives requests.

WhatsApp and other external links

Clicking a WhatsApp link opens that service. A prepared message may contain details you entered; review it before sending. WhatsApp and any other linked services apply their own privacy practices.
